With its ten offices, Heylen Vastgoed is the largest real estate office in Antwerp Province. Corporate real estate, exclusive real estate, new construction homes, sales, rental: these talented entrepreneurs are surprisingly active in the real estate market. Heylen Vastgoed asked us to join their marketing team to stimulate sales and, specifically, to scale up the number of online requests generated for home valuations (these are free of charge and non-binding in Belgium). This sounded like music to our ears.
Expertise on living
The fifty people working at Heylen Vastgoed are more than capable of explaining to clients what their real estate office is great at. And concerning brand awareness – being the sponsor of, amongst others, Royal Antwerp FC - they are also doing quite well. The only area where they felt they could do with some improvement was in the online domain. The traffic on their website was excellent, but it did not lead to sufficient conversion rates in requests for home valuations. But we knew how to deal with that little problem. We looked at ways to improve the rates and optimised the website’s User Experience. We then fine-tuned the online search advertising, display advertising, and SEO. Then it was just a matter of waiting for all the requests for home valuations to come rolling in!
Raising the roof
In fact, the number of home valuation requests went through the roof. In just half a year it went up 643% (and no, that’s not a typo!). And Blue Dragon is far from done: our display re-targeting strategy will continue its work for a little while longer to set even better records.
